General Website Terms of Use
Acceptance of terms. By using mysvc.co.uk, you accept these terms of use in full. If you disagree with any part, please don't continue using the site.
Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse this site - including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or copying content for redistribution, submitting false information through our contact or referral forms, or using the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Intellectual property. Unless otherwise stated, MySvc owns the intellectual property rights for all content published on this site, including text, graphics, and logos. Partner logos and trademarks (e.g. Teya, EposNow, Loyverse) remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission to describe our referral relationship.
Third-party links. This site links to partner websites (e.g. teya.com) and third-party platforms (e.g. Trustpilot, Facebook, Instagram). MySvc is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites, and linking to them doesn't imply endorsement of everything they contain.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. Check this page periodically for updates.

MySvc Privacy Policy
Who we are (data controller). Mayser Ltd, trading as MySvc, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact details are in Section above.
What data we collect. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
• Contact details you submit via forms (name, email, phone number, business name)
• Messages sent via WhatsApp, email, or social media

• Technical data collected automatically via cookies and tracking pixels (see below)

Where you apply for a funding or finance product through one of our partners (e.g. Teya's Merchant Cash Advance), we collect the business and personal information needed to submit that application, including:
Business Details
• Company type
• Company name
• Business start date
• Registered company ID
• Industry
• Intended use of funds
• Teya Merchant Identification Number (MID)
• Business address, city, postcode
• Trading address (if different)
Lead Applicant / Ownership Details
• Percentage of company ownership
• First name and surname
• Date of birth
• Contact phone number
• Email address
• Home address, city, postcode
Additional Shareholders (25%+ ownership)
• The same personal details as above, collected for every shareholder holding more than 25% of the business
• Each such shareholder will undergo a credit search and be required to sign a personal guarantee as part of the funding process
KYC (Know Your Customer) Documents
• Driving licence, passport, proof of home address, utility bills, or other documents requested by the funding partner's KYC team, as applicable to the individual application
How and why we use it.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you've asked about
• To refer you to the relevant partner (e.g. Teya, EposNow) for onboarding
• To send you marketing communications, where you've consented to this
• To improve our website and marketing based on aggregated, anonymised data
Lawful basis. We process your data based on your consent (e.g. marketing communications), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (e.g. processing a referral enquiry), or our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business - balanced against your rights.
Who we share it with. When you ask us to refer you to a partner (e.g. Teya, EposNow, Loyverse), we share the relevant details you've provided with that partner so they can process your application. Each partner then becomes a separate data controller for the information they hold - see their own privacy policy, linked in their partner section below, for how they handle it from that point.
Cookies & tracking. This site uses cookies and tracking technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure the performance of our advertising and understand how visitors use our site. Where required by law, we'll ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set — you can manage or withdraw your preferences at any time via the cookie banner
Data retention. We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected - typically for the duration of our relationship with you plus a reasonable period (5 years) afterwards for legal/accounting purposes.
International transfers. The data we collect is intended to remain in the United Kingdom at all times. However, in certain cases, third‑party technologies that we use – such as our customer relationship management (CRM) system, Meta and Google – may transfer or process that data within their own data centres, including outside the UK. Once data is transferred to these providers, it is no longer under the direct control of MySvc.
Your rights. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data hasn't been handled correctly.
Security. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Contact our Data Protection lead. For any questions about how your data is handled, or to exercise your rights, contact us at hello (AT) mysvc.co.uk. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, and in any event within one month as required by law.

Payments
Teya - card machines, business account, funding
EPOS Systems
EposNow - EPOS software and hardware
Loyverse - EPOS software

This page covers MySvc's relationship with Teya, including our referral role, funding disclaimers, and direct links to Teya's own legal terms. For MySvc's own general terms of use and privacy policy, see the MySvc Legal Hub.
Our Relationship with Teya
MySvc is an authorised referral partner for Teya - technically known as an Independent Sales Consultant (ISC). This means:
• MySvc introduces business owners to Teya's products and services
• MySvc is not a payday lender, credit broker, or financial institution
• MySvc does not provide direct lending, hold funds, or process payments itself
• All Teya products - card machines, business accounts, cash advances - are provided and managed directly by Teya, not by MySvc
Merchant Cash Advance & Funding
MySvc highlights Teya's Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) as a funding option for eligible small businesses. Please note:
Referral role only. MySvc's involvement ends at the referral - Teya assesses eligibility, makes funding decisions, and manages the advance directly.
No obligation. Any consultation about funding options is free and carries no obligation to proceed.
Not a loan. Merchant Cash Advance is revenue-based financing, not a loan - repayments are linked to a percentage of card sales rather than fixed monthly instalments.
Disclaimer: Free consultation on funding options for eligible POS users. MySvc is not a payday lender, credit broker or financial institution - we act only as a referral partner.
No obligation, no direct lending.
Teya's Official Terms (Referenced)
For the most current and authoritative information on Teya's products, always refer to Teya's own legal documents. By engaging with Teya through MySvc's referral, you become subject to Teya's terms, not MySvc's:
Teya General Terms - governing overall use of Teya's services and platforms
Teya Privacy Policy - how Teya handles your data once referred
Teya Responsible Disclosure Policy

Data Shared with Teya
If you ask MySvc to refer you to Teya, we share the contact and business details you provide with Teya so they can process your application. This may include KYC documents (e.g. driving licence, passport, proof of address) where Teya's onboarding process requires them. Once shared, Teya becomes the data controller for that information - see Teya's Privacy Policy linked above for how they handle it from that point.
